What if there is an error in the video?
Any mistake or typo made in the video due to our error will be corrected free of charge. Any typos or mistake due to a submission error will be corrected on a case by case basis. Additional fees may apply.
What’s the best video format?
Videos recorded with recent iPhones and Android devices are usually acceptable. We only ask that the video is recorded in a horizontal format. Vertical videos are difficult for us to format.
How do I get the videos to you?
We have upload capability in our online portal for you to upload video directly from your phone to us.
Can I modify my highlight video?
